So this past week, someone came to me wanting to buy a house, well-qualified at a certain price point and the question came up about finding a good deal. If the person is talking about a foreclosure or finding something below market, it’s not going to happen right now, it’s not that kind of market. You know, you have people that may pay 10, $20,000 above appraisal and there’s people that would say, Hey, that’s a pretty good deal given all that’s going on in the market right now. So when we talk about good deals, it’s all relative. This isn’t the kind of market where you’re going to see a bunch of foreclosures. It is what it is. Be safe.
